Does someone know the name of this movie?

Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone knows that movie..
As a little kid i watched a movie with some guy who could change into
something..now a little more describing :)

It's about a weak guy who gets beaten up (if i remember it right)..one
day something happens..like he gets infected with something and from
that time on when he gets in trouble or something some sort of wires
and cables appear out of his neck...those wires cover his whole body
which turns him into a robot like thing with great fighting
abilities..he can turn back into his normal form ofcourse...as you can
guess it's a sci-fi movie..

This is everything i can remember...
I suggest that only people around the ages 25-30 and older look to
it..it's a very old movie..

Lockjaw Episode on Family Guy?

My little sister said something about Peter getting lockjaw or
something at the end of an episode. She said he was laughing then all
of a sudden his jaw just cracked. She thinks they said something about
getting a tetanus shot in the episode. Does anyone know which episode
